The main Product Range Includes

Shelters for Defence applications and its Accessories

• Shelters: The EMI/Non EMI shelters are customized as per requirement. Only machined products are outsourced from qualified vendors. The Aluminum sheets – 3003 H16 grade are imported both anodized and non anodized sheets which are used as per requirement. The Aluminium extrusions are all sourced from approved venders. The shelters are provided with full length replaceable shock/vibration resisting skid. Currently the S-280 shelter building program is underway in the Factory.
• Flatbeds/Platforms: The Flatbeds are manufactured as per user requirement. The stools, toolboxes and other fitments are fabricated in house.
• Leveling Jacks: Leveling jacks of various types i.e. manual, electro-mechanical or hydraulic can be provided. Racks for LRU's/electronics Equipments: Standard/ Customized racks can be provided for electronics equipments along with the Shock and vibration mounts as wire rope helical isolators/ cup mounts/ elastomer and other. The selection of these Shock and vibration mounts are based on MIL STD 810G.
• PDB/Electrical Integration: The Electrical (power and signal) cabling is carried out along with integration of electrical equipments. Operators Console and Chair: Operators console and chair is provided keeping in view Human Engineering Considerations as per MIL 1472 Lightening Arrestor and Earthing Arrangements
• Other Accessories: Air Conditioning System, Fire Fighting System, Biological and Chemical Filtration System and MAST Systems are provided as per requirement.
