Mr. K SANJEEVA REDDY
Chairman & Managing DirectorMr. Sanjeev Reddy is an Ex- Airforce personnel from technical Branch who was instrumental in Indigenization of spare parts for Soviet Aircrafts.
He is the Founder of Ascentech.
Post voluntary retirement from Airforce, he has been in Ground System Projects for 20 years and has taken up the production activity for more than 500 integrated Shelters for Defence Services DRDO's and Export requirement.
Mrs. K PADMAJA
DirectorWith over a decade of experience, Mrs. Padmaja have been dedicated to effectively managing HR and administration roles. Her expertise encompasses strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee development, policy formulation, administrative efficiency, and budget oversight.

Head Design & Engineering
Mr. Krishna is an alumnus of Osmania University (Mechanical Engineering) Hyderabad and further pursued M. Tech in Machine Design from JNTU Hyderabad.
Prior to joining in Ascentech, he worked in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for 4 years and developed tools and jigs for indigenized aeronautical & mechanical components. He joined ECIL for 33 years responsible for development of various types of Instrumentation for Industrial, Nuclear, Defense and Security sectors.
During the association with Speck Systems for 13 years, responsible for development of Shelters for Indian Defense, NRSC (ISRO) and DRDO, also involved in the development of EMI Shelters NATO ACE 3, S-250 for ELBIT, Integrated Shelters as Extended S280 for IAI Malat.
Head Operations
Mr. Chandra Sekhar is into Military Shelters & Vehicle Platform Industry since 30 years. Prior to joining in Ascentech, he served in Speck systems for 25 years in various roles and engaged in Production, Quality department, customer interaction, post sales support. He worked with DRDO, BEL, ECIL and other major private companies in India, Israeli companies, Singapore Technologies.
He is an Mechanical Engineer and has rich knowledge in fabrication, surface treatment, quality control, implementation of AS9100, ISO 9001.
Sr. Manager
Mr. Abhishek holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as an NDT Level-II inspector. A decade of experience in handling encompass participation in Techno-Commercial bids, Project Management, Customer interactions, post-sales support and training.
During his tenure, he pursued an Executive MBA from ICFAI Business School and a one-year Postgraduate course in Project Management from University of Hyderabad.
